Over all the place is habitable if you're not picky. The only way I can perceive this is that said person has some sort of prejudice toward the type of people standing. Some of these comments are kind of weird as they describe relatively mundane activities like standing outside or talking. The parties legitimately last no longer than 30 minutes due the cops being easily accessible (they also live in the apartments). I've personally never heard of there being fights or shootings and stuff of that nature. If you're older or the least bit prudish then this is not the place for you. This place is basically a augmented dorm. Well the apartment complex is in the middle of a college campus so it shouldn't be shocking that the majority of people staying here are college students that want to have fun. Others have mentioned people standing outside, feeling unsafe, parties, etc. They're really funny and always joke around with residents. I don't really think this is maintenance's fault (The owner I am assuming is frugal). Things break and they take forever to get to it, if they ever do, but if its severe enough they definitely get the gears moving. I've lived here for two years, lived in three different complexes offered, and can comfortably say that its what you pay for. The M building needs to be remodeled and updated, asap! smh I just don't think I'll ever live there again. Hot water knob in the main bedroom at the sink hadn't work my entire stay.Īside from this, office staff is nice.

My dishwasher hadnt work the entire year that I lived there. By the end of my stay, there was major water damage in one of the restrooms from where the room above maybe had restroom/water problems of some sort or something. The building (M) they moved me into was not cleaned when I moved in, carpet was dirty and the carpet in the main bedroom had not been vacuumed. First the young lady working in the office at the time told me that they offered month-to-month leasing and that I could move out whenever as long as I paid for both bedrooms ($820/month), come time for me to leave (before the 12 month lease was up) the office began to tell me that they didn't offer month-to-month and that I would need to pay all 12 months regardless if I was living there or not OR I had to find someone to take over my lease. Then after graduating I decided to move back in August 2016 and I think that was by far the worst decision ever. I lived here sophomore year back in 2013 for a year and had a great experience here in the G building.
